Content Licensing Agreement

This Content Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of any digital materials, templates, marketing kits, articles, images, and related assets (collectively, the “Content”) provided by AuthorsLaunchPad (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through http://authorslaunchpad.com (the “Site”).

By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing Content from AuthorsLaunchPad, you (“Licensee,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Upon purchase, AuthorsLaunchPad grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, modify, and publish the Content solely for your own author brand, business, or creative works.

1.2 This license includes the right to:

  • Edit, customize, and adapt Content for your own marketing use;
  • Publish Content on your website, newsletter, or social platforms;
  • Incorporate modified Content into your promotional campaigns or brand materials.

1.3 This license is personal to the Licensee and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties.

2. Ownership and Copyright

All Content remains the intellectual property of AuthorsLaunchPad. Purchasing a Launch Kit grants you usage rights, not ownership. You may modify the content for personal or business use, but copyright of the original material remains with AuthorsLaunchPad.

3. Permitted Uses

  • Use the Content to promote your own books, courses, or author brand.
  • Edit or reformat materials to fit your voice and style.
  • Add your own branding or design elements.
  • Use the Content in both digital and print marketing.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Resell, redistribute, or share Content with others.
  • Upload Content to marketplaces or free template sites.
  • Claim unmodified Content as your own.
  • Use Content to train or feed AI systems without written consent.
  • Use Content for illegal, defamatory, or misleading purposes.

Violation of these terms will result in termination of your license and may lead to legal action.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required but appreciated. If you wish, please include:
“Marketing kit and content provided by AuthorsLaunchPad.com.”

6. Refunds and Revocation

All sales are final once Content is accessed or downloaded. AuthorsLaunchPad may revoke licenses for violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.

7. Termination

Your license remains valid unless terminated. Upon termination, you must stop using the Content and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer

Content is provided “as is” without warranties. AuthorsLaunchPad does not guarantee marketing performance, sales, or engagement results.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.
