2. By providing a Submission, you grant AuthorsLaunchPad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute the Submission solely to fulfill the purchased Services and to promote your project within the context of those Services.
3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Submission does not infringe upon the rights of others (e.g., copyright, trademark, publicity rights). We may reject or remove content that we deem inappropriate, defamatory, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Refunds will not be issued for unacceptable or removed content.

4. Using the Site and Services

3. When you purchase a Launch Kit, you are granted a single-user commercial license to use, modify, and publish the provided materials for your own marketing and promotional use. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of Launch Kit materials outside your own author brand is strictly prohibited.
4. Authors are responsible for reviewing and editing purchased materials before publication to ensure accuracy, tone, and compliance with applicable platform guidelines (e.g., Amazon, Goodreads).
5. We do not guarantee outcomes such as sales, reviews, or rankings resulting from use of our Services. Materials are provided as creative and educational tools.
6. Access to certain features or downloads may require providing your name, email address, or payment details. You agree the information you provide is accurate and complete.
7. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
